Such collar tabs were worn in Polish army prior to 1939, later ocassionally kept after capitulation and used in different Polish armed formations during WW2, such as Polish Army in the East, Polish Army in the West, Home Army, Farmers' Battalions, 1st T. Kościuszko Infanty Division, 1st and 2nd Polish Armies, National Armed Forces etc.
