A perfect replica of the "Waffentafeln Das MG 08/15" machine gun, a weapon board containing the most important information about the Maschinengewehr 08/15. It was one of the basic German machine guns during World War I. It was occasionally used during World War II (mainly as a fortress weapon). The chart consists of both descriptions and technical drawings of the weapon. The replica is made on sturdy paper, with very faithful detail. It is a reprint of a brochure published for the Heer in the 1930s.

Waffentafeln are the so-called weapon boards. They are issued as single-page, folded brochures detailing the components of a given weapon type. They were issued to soldiers assigned to operate a given weapon type. It must be remembered that this was not Gebrauchsanleitung - instruction manual for the weapon, which was issued separately.
