A faithful replica of the British Army Field Service Cap in the version for the Polish Armed Forces in the West. The all-army FS Cap was introduced in 1937 as part of the new Battle Dress uniform pattern, replacing the Service Dress Caps of the previous uniform system. It is made of "Barathea wool," a finely woven, lightly twilled wool fabric in a khaki color, with a light cotton lining sewn inside. It features fabric tabs that can be pulled over the ears on cold days. Additionally, it has two distinctive buttons on the front.

  • Ideal for reenactment!
  • New, unused item!

FOR REENACTMENT?

This type of side cap was used by the Polish Armed Forces in the West from 1940 onward. Despite the introduction of berets in 1943, which replaced them, it remained in use throughout World War II.
