Perfect replica of the Marksmanship qualification badge in the Sharpshooter level, to be worn on the dress uniform. Badge should be worn with "Army Weapon Qualification Clasps", indicating the type of weapon for which the individual has obtained a given level of shooting proficiency. Badge is awarded upon successful completion of a firearm proficiency qualification course for a given weapon or upon achieving high results in official shooting competitions. The metal badge is mounted by two needle-like pins.
