Like the original, the grenade body is made of readily available material (we do not guarantee the repeatability of the replica's appearance and color). The fuse replica is made of metal, with a fabric cord imitating the fuse. The replica does not contain any explosives; it is a decorative replica only. A bag grenade (also commonly known as a "rag" or insurgent "rollmops") is an improvised Polish conspiratorial hand grenade, mass-produced by the Warsaw workshops of the Home Army during the Warsaw Uprising. It represented a unique example of Polish ingenuity amidst a critical shortage of conventional weaponry and the resources to produce it. It is estimated that approximately 20,000-24,000 grenades of this type were produced.
