In order to choose the size of the insert, measure the outer circumference of the helmet shell at the height of the rivet holes. In the case of use original helmet shells, inside you may find markings specifying the size, e.g. XX68 (XX - letters indicating the manufacturer, 68 - size of the helmet shell).
