FOR REENACTMENT?
The M1905 bayonet was designed for use with the M1903 Springfield .30 caliber rifle, but could also be used with the M1 Garand rifle. Variants of the M1905 bayonet were produced throughout World War I and World War II. The scabbard and components of the bayonet itself have changed over the years. The version presented here represents the model that came into use before the outbreak of World War I.
