Polish 2nd RP - Uniform and shoe cleaning kit

A set of shoe and uniform cleaning brushes with a carrier. The carrier is made of olive-colored cotton canvas and closes with a single-button flap. It has two main compartments (closed by one flap) for brushes and one open compartment for a shoe paste brush. The set includes three brushes: one for cleaning uniforms (light yellow bristles), the other for polishing shoes (black bristles), and a horsehair brush for applying shoe polish.

This type of brush carrier was standard equipment carried in a backpack by Polish soldiers during the Second Polish Republic. The carrier was used to carry two cleaning brushes (one for uniforms, the other for shoes) and a shoe paste brush.
