American woolen winter "Watch Cap." Made of 100% wool in Olive Drab color. Modeled on the so-called docker cap, a popular knitted sailor cap introduced in the US Navy at the beginning of the 20th century. Its iconic design quickly became popular and was imitated in other cap styles, such as the olive-colored A4 cap for US Army Air Force technical personnel, favored by soldiers of the 82nd and 101st Airborne Divisions.

Caps in this style have been used since the early 20th century. They were first delivered to the US Navy in black color. And during World War II, they began to appear in olive green color in other formations. The fleece version is still used by the US military today.
These hats are made of 100% wool. Under no circumstances should they be put in the washing machine or dryer. If you must clean the hat, hand wash it in cold water and air dry.
